The contact owns a 2014 Lexus Gs 350. While driving 10 mph, the vehicle lost traction and crashed into a ditch after the traction warning indicator illuminated. There were no injuries and a police report was not filed. The contact was driving during inclement weather and stated that the traction warning indicator illuminated several times. The vehicle was towed to the dealer who diagnosed that the vehicle needed snow tires. The vehicle was equipped with snow tires. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
