I had a 2006 Lexus gs 300, leased, for 3 years, my third Lexus lease. The seatbelts in the front wouldn't release from their holder, I'd have to pull on them for 10 minutes before releasing. To me that was a safety issue. I complained several times to dealer, their response was that I didn't know how to put my seatbelt on, finally I called Toyota, and they replaced the seatbelt, then it happened again, and again. I think they replaced belts three times, I finally found out that there was some recall or campaign on the seatbelts which they didn't make me aware of, kept telling me it was my fault ! I wonder how may more complaints there were regarding the seatbelt situation !!!!
