While driving, especially at cold temperatures, the dash would make a great deal of noise. I tried to find where the rattle was coming from, but had no luck. When I brought the car in for service, I had them look at the dash. They told me they insulated the area with something Lexus had to resolve the problem. The rattle is not as bad, but it still is not gone either. Wish there was a way to not have the dash rattle all winter long.
