Lexus has my car and they're telling me it will take them one to two months to decide what happened. That's nonsense. They had an inspector there within ten days and so they know what happened. Meanwhile, after buying a new Lexus, I don't have a car to drive and they won't give me a rental. They've had problems with unintended acceleration before so they know what's going on. This was a very dangerous accident and it's a miracle that I wasn't hurt or killed and that I didn't hurt or kill anyone. I was parking my car with my foot on the brake when it accelerated and drive over a curb and down a ditch and onto a very busy highway.
