Evidently this is not the first time that one of 2015 Lexus model car lunged forward and the brakes did not work when pressure was applied to it. Because the car did this and would not brake, the accident we had included splitting a pole in half and the my car being totaled as all my airbags deployed so I would not fly out of the car even though I was wearing my seat belt. I am now ready to get a lawyer to handle my doctor's bills, my injuries and loss of vehicle because of this fault that I had no control over. I am on a fixed income and not able to purchase another car. I need to be compensated for this faulty car and hopefully the statute of repose has not run on this vehicle yet.
