Driver's side door will not automatically lock/unlock when using Key FOB or by touching the door. I have to unlock the rear passenger door and reach as far as I can to manually unlock the drivers door. This is not what you expect when you purchase a Lexus.
Passenger lock will not work with remote or with button on door inside. Sent to dealership in Montgomery AL sent it back with no comment and not repaired. Called them, said they would get back with me. That has been over 2 months ago. My wife has cancer and I am at Dr. office all during week. If we have to lock car she has to stand outside of door for me to get in drivers side and manually unlock the passenger door. This is very difficult for a patient on chemo.
