Not using metal trim on dash board would prevent it.

The outside mirrors are picking up reflections from chrome strips on inside arm rest and dash blinding the effectiveness of the mirrors... the chrome inside should be darkened or made of some other material.

When we first purchased this new car we noticed that the glare to the drivers and passenger side mirror was very distracting. When the window is down there is not a problem. We had the dealer add extra film on our windows since we live in a hot climate. We think there is a metallic product within the film they applied but they are claiming they have not had any complaints or that a metallic product was used.

The glare causes a problem since the mirror reflects the side of the car it looks like another car is in other lane. Though we have the blind spot monitoring warning it still is very annoying and hard to see what really is beside you in traffic.

The white car came with green tinted windows from the factory. grey would be much more neutral and more pleasing especially as a photographer when my pictures now have a green cast to them. Gray is much more preferred. But the factory thinks the green looks better with a white car.

When we had the dealer add the gray tint over the green, it still has a green cast and reflection issues.
