The contact owns a 2010 Lexus ES350. The contact stated the vehicle was equipped with a keyless entry device and when the device was inside the vehicle, the door was not supposed to lock. The contact stated the doors would lock even with the keyless entry inside of the vehicle. The contact did not take the vehicle to the dealer for diagnostic testing or repairs. The VIN was not available. The failure and current mileages were 5,000. Updated 09/29/10.
