The contact owns a 2007 Lexus ES350. While driving at 40 mph, the accelerator pedal was depressed and the vehicle vibrated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, who diagnosed that all the axles needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 128,000. The VIN was unavailable.
