The contact owns a 2007 Lexus ES350. While the contact was having her vehicle inspected the contact was informed that the rear brake pads were worn and needed to be replaced. The contact had no knowledge that the brakes pads needed to be serviced. There were no prior warnings and the current and failure mileages were 20,000.
