While driving into work on highway 98 between new augusta, ms, and hattiesburg, ms, this morning, my back side window exploded. I thought it was a gunshot because of the sound, but no bullet was found. There was no traffic. There were two men waiting for me to pass so they could pull across the interstate and they stopped to help me. They were a witness that there was no traffic, no way for a rock to have been thrown from a passing vehicle. The window simply exploded. It must have been a window defect. I understand that there have been other complaints. Had my grandson been in the backseat, I can't even think about how it would have hurt him.
