The Terrain Response® system may not operate as expected when in 'Auto' mode by not automatically selecting the correct driving mode. As the driving mode changes, the transmission may downshift, the engine Revolutions Per Minute (RPM) may also increase, and/or the 'Auto Stop/Start OFF' warning indicator may illuminate on the Instrument Cluster (IC).
