Summary
"ISSUE AIR CONDITIONING NOT WORKING (1234YF SYSTEM) FOUND TO HAVE NO OR INSUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF REFRIGERANT GAS IN THE SYSTEM. NO LEAKS ARE FOUND AND VEHICLE PASSES VACUUM / PRESSURE TEST DURING EVACUATION AND REFILL, SYSTEM THEN WORKS AS REFILL. CAUSE DURING INITIAL EVACUATION PROCESS WITHIN THE FACTORY SMALL PIECES OF DEBRIS MAY BE DRAWN INTO THE “SCHRADER” VALVE EVACUATION PORTS, THIS CAN PREVENT THE VALVE FROM CLOSING CORRECTLY OR DAMAGES THE SEAL ALLOWING THE REFRIGERANT GAS (PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT FOR EXAMPLES)"
