The contact owns a 2013 Range rover evoque. Twelve months after having the rear driver side seat belt latch replaced, regular vehicle maintenance showed that the seat belt latch was not re-attached. The bolt was resting underneath the seat, which left the passengers in the rear with out seat belts. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the seat belt latch was re-attached. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 15,198.
