A potential issue has been identified on a limited number of Land Rover vehicles within the listed Affected Vehicle Range where the driver is unable to access the Chauffeur mode feature via the touchscreen that allows selection of the passenger seat away/return to upright features. When the driver presses the seat soft button, neither of the displayed seat folding and heating options will operate.
