Issue: A customer may report that the Satellite Navigation and text message voice feedback accent does not play back in ?American English? at the next ignition cycle, following selection on the language settings menu. The settings menu will correctly display ?American English? however the voice play back will be in ?British English?. If ?American English? is reselected in the settings menu the voice playback will revert back to ?American English? for current ignition cycle only. The concern will only occur when ?American English? is selected on 2018MY only, all other language settings are not affected.
