2017 Land Rover Range rover. Consumer writes in regards to (tft) virtual display instrument cluster safety recall. The consumer stated the vehicle instrument panel would flash and display various warning messages. The dealer could not duplicate the failure. The vehicle was due to have a recall repair completed on the instrument panel.
