The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that the failure was not a known issue. The failure mileage was about 1,220. Before the malfunction of the defroster, the climate control dash starting flickering and went out for about 3-5 minutes. This problem has happen again (Jan. 13, 2018) the back and side windows are not defrosting.
