Issue: A Customer may express a concern of a 'clonk' noise from underneath the vehicle when driving at slow speed. The 'clonk' will be most prominent while accelerating/decelerating and when turning the steering wheel. In particular the noise may be more noticeable when
performing a U-turn and applying the throttle.
