I had backed in to the garage and turned the 'knob' to park. The vehicle was in park, I had removed my seatbelt but not exited the car yet and the car went backwards with some force and breaking didn't stop it, only after I hit the button to cut it off, multiple times, did it finally shut down. My husband was behind the car, getting ready to get the groceries out of the rear. This vehicle struck him and went thru the kitchen wall of our condo. His leg was stuck under the tire which that was turning on top of his calf. I am absolutely certain the car was in park bc not only was the knob set at P but also the P was on the screen. Only certain because I'm always cautious due to the proximity of distance of everything in the garage and tight quarters.
