- "SITUATION: AN ISSUE HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED ON A LIMITED NUMBER OF VEHICLES WITHIN THE LISTED VIN RANGE WHICH MAY SHOW LEAKAGE FROM THE MAIN COOLING RADIATOR AT THE TOP TANK AREA, RESULTING IN A PROGRESSIVE LOSS OF COOLANT THAT WILL EVENTUALLY CAUSE THE LEVEL SENSOR IN THE EXPANSION TANK TO DETECT LOW COOLANT AND ACTIVATE THE LOW COOLANT WARNING MESSAGE. ACTION: RETAILERS ARE REQUIRED TO HOLD ALL AFFECTED VEHICLES WITHIN THE LISTED VIN RANGE THAT ARE IN THEIR CONTROL AND REFRAIN FROM RELEASING THE VEHICLES FOR NEW OR USED VEHICLE SALE PENDING COMPLETION OF THE REWORK ACTION DETAILED IN THIS TECHNICAL BULLETIN."
