"PUBLISHED AUGUST 2013. ISSUE: A CUSTOMER MAY REPORT THAT WHEN USING THE INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM TO MAKE A TELEPHONE CALL THE RECIPIENT OF THE CALL CANNOT CLEARLY HEAR THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE. CAUSE: OVERHEAD CONSOLE MICROPHONE NOT CORRECTLY LOCATED IN RECESS."
