The contact owns a 2006 Land Rover Range rover. While driving 25 mph, smoke was seen coming from the passenger side door. In addition, when the vehicle was shifted out of park, the side mirrors failed to move. The vehicle was towed to the dealer (Jaguar Land Rover seattle, 19910 poplar way, lynnwood, wa 98036) where it was diagnosed that the electric heated windshield had an internal failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 83,581.
