The contact owned a 2000 Land Rover Range rover. The contact stated while driving 60 mph, the brake pedal was depressed to avoid a collision ahead and the vehicle skidded off the road. As a result, the contact crashed into a concrete barrier and a light post. The air bag failed to deploy. The contacts head/face struck with the steering wheel during the crash. The contact wore glasses and due to the force of the crash, it caused him to have two black eyes. The contact also sustained fractured ribs, collar bone, and legs that required medical attention.
