The vehicle was towed to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed with needing the fuel pump to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The contact stated shortly after the repairs were completed, he received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V635000 (Fuel System, Gasoline) however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect. The failure mileage was 115,120.

The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was unknown.
