"SITUATION: A HIGH-PITCHED 'WHISTLE' NOISE MAY BE EVIDENT FROM THE INSTRUMENT PANEL AREA WHEN THE CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM IS IN USE AND ENGINE SPEED IS BETWEEN 2,000 AND 3,000 RPM. CAUSE: THIS MAY BE CAUSED BY A RESONANCE WITHIN CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM AIR CONDITIONING (A/C) PIPES."
