"SITUATION: THE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER PIPE(S) MAY EXHIBIT A LEAK. CAUSE: THIS MAY BE CAUSED BY POOR BRACKET PAINT FINISH AND / OR LOW TORQUE ON THE SADDLE CLAMP NUT, ALLOWING THE PIPED TO RUB THROUGH THE PAINT."
