Summary
"ISSUE: A CUSTOMER MAY REPORT THAT THE TRANSMISSION CONTROL SWITCH (ROTARY SELECTOR) INTERMITTENTLY FAILS TO RISE WHEN THE START/ STOP IGNITION BUTTON IS PRESSED OR MAY RISE AND FALL IMMEDIATELY, PARTICULARLY WHERE AMBIENT TEMPERATURES ARE LESS THAN 4 DEGREES C. CAUSE: THE MOTOR WITHIN THE TRANSMISSION SELECTOR ASSEMBLY MAY BE AT THE LOWER END OF THE SPECIFICATION PREVENTING IT FROM RISING WITHIN THE REQUIRED TIME SPAN."
