Issue: A customer may experience a hesitation or shudder while driving approximately 30-55 mph and at 1400 -2000 RPMs. The engine speed begins to visibly flutter on the tachometer during a cold start. This hesitation is felt under these conditions whilst maintaining a consistent accelerator pedal position.
