Kia knows there is a design problem with their rear shocks on the Telluride or they would not have issued a TSB-113 to replace the rear shock spacers before the shocks completely fail. They should volunteer to fix this design flaw for free if the rear shocks fail instead of having their customers pay $2,200 to fix something KIA knows is a design defect.
