High beams quit working. I have replaced the relay, fuse, and bulbs. Low beams work but the high beam functionality is 100% lost. My trim utilizes the single bulb with electronic curtain to toggle between low and high beams. Seems to be a deeper issue within the headlight assembly.
High beams failure. Yes it is available for inspection. I live/travel in rural area with large sized wildlife. I require the ability to have high beams. I haven-??t taken it to a service center, nor has any inspection been conducted. No warning lights, to the contrary, the interior instrumentation shows high beams are on even though they aren-??t. This has been since I purchased the vehicle 2 months ago.

Hi Beams on the headlights both stopped working at the same time without warning. I understand this is a known problem with the 2020 Telluride so I am just logging this one in as another instance
RH high beam light inoperable. Does not go high beam when selected. LH ok. LH drivers mirror does not extend or retract most times when locking or unlocking the car.
I was driving during the night, tried to turn my high beams on and they did not work. This caused a severe driving hazard as we were driving winding roads filled with wild life and I had very limited visablilty. There was no warning indicators shown. Replaced both headlamps and the high beams still do not work.
We were on a back country road in the dark, tried to use our high beam lights, but they would not come on. The blue light illuminated as if they were turning on, but nothing happened. We had no warning lights or indication that the system had failed.
This started in July/August. I went in to get into my car and noticed that although my car was making the sound of unlocking, it wasn-??t unlocking. Neither the key fob or pressing the button on the door handle would unlock my car. I manually used the key to get in. Once I got in, I had a rear collision warning on my dash and was unable to shift from park. I overrode the shift mechanism and took it to a mechanic. They hooked it up to a reader and was tracking down the error when all of sudden the error code disappeared, and they were unable to progress. I left there and drove to work without issues. Two days later (Saturday) it happened again. I disconnected the negative battery cable and waited a few minutes before I hooked it back up. It was fine for about a month and then it started happening again. This time I tried the battery cable again and it worked for a while, but it started to happen more regularly. I took it to a Kia dealer but they were unable to replicate it. They said if it happens again record it and send a the video. Two days later it happened, and I sent them a video. I took my car back to the dealer and it has been there 11/9. In between visits, it happened, and I overrode the shift mechanism and I noticed my dash lights were almost out as well as the other issues. I believe I know what the issue is. I noticed this only happens when it-??s cool in the early morning and then, when the sun comes up, there is an abundance of moisture on the inside windshield. I believe that heavy moisture is shorting out the electronics in my dash. I-??ve never had an issue when it rains or midday. It-??s probably why this has been so noticeable in the fall early winter. We have lots of mornings in the 30-??s and they quickly warm up when the sun comes out. I have read some online forums that talk about the condensation issue with the Kia Telluride. I haven-??t found any that talks about the electronic issue however.
Headlights work fine, but the High Beams don't. The light in the car shows them on, but they do not turn on outside the vehicle. I can't confirm how long they haven't worked since this was the vehicle my wife drove but very rarely at night. Now that I'm driving it in the dark in the mornings and evenings, I noticed it.
Complete loss of high beams during vehicle operation. This problem is intermittent. This has caused reduced visibility and can increase risk of a crash resulting in injury and or property damage. Kia has knowledge of the problem and has sent me a letter that extended the warranty to 15 years/ 150,000 miles. It is very difficult to get the headlights replaced under warranty because of the intermittent problem and for this there should be a complete recall of the defective headlights. Increasing the warranty doesn't fix the problem because they are defective. I believe kia is increasing the warranty to avoid a recall. Please issue a recall before there is injury.
The headlights on my vehicle do not provide adequate light. Also, the bright headlight option does not work. The blue indicator on the dash illuminates but neither of the headlights produce bright lights, only the standard lights.
The high beams suddenly stop working without any prior indication. Although the dashboard indicates that the high beams are on, they are not functioning. Conversely, the low beams continue to work properly. No warning lights are illuminated, and despite attempting to resolve the issue by replacing the bulbs, it remains unresolved.
While driving down a very dark road, I noticed my high beams did not work. High beams are an essential feature for safe nighttime driving, and when they're not working, it can be dangerous because non-functioning high beams can compromise your ability to see and react to potential dangers while also affecting the safety of other drivers, making it a significant safety concern. I made an appointment to have this issue diagnosed but my appointment date is not until Jan 2nd which also poses a safety risk.
