I own a 2020 Telluride, The vehicle has curtains in the side windows in the back seats, The hooks that hold the curtains up keep Falling off. I took the vehicle to the dealership after the hooks fell off twice the first time I fixed it myself, the second time I could not find the hook , it must have blown out the window.I called the dealership and was told the hooks were ordered, when the hooks came in a month later I called the dealership and was told that the hooks were $34.24 each, and was not covered under the warranty. I only had the vehicle 11 months and it was not covered.
