Driving the car, it will go in neutral. You can step on the gas pedal all the way to the floor. And it will come to a complete stop, take your foot of gas pedal and step on it. Takes off until transmission goes in neutral. Again, it has done this.
Off and on for 16,000 miles - the auto shop doesn't know s***.
