I had many problems prior to this incident, including 6 months after purchasing the Kia Sportage, all 4 window motors had a mind of their own, had those replaced (under warranty) wiper motor froze during one of the worst snow storms, cup holder broke, passenger ouside door handle broke off (currently waiting for those parts and were warranted), wiring harness so called chewed by mice or rats (who knows what the dealership may have done to make it look like I neglected my vehicles wires and possibly chewed them myself). The dealership says there is no possibility that the wires being chewed by whatever had no relevance to the engine or oil lights not working to warn me of any possible engine problem. Replaced exhaust system (not warranted). I am currently waiting to see if the engine problem will be warranted, doubtfully. Needless to say, I will not buy or lease another Kia or any other foreign vehicle for that fact.
