Here is my 2nd complaint on the same car with the same problem. The first transmission went out in Feb 2020, and now in March 2021, the 2nd transmission has gone out again. My transmission went out in Little Rock, AS and called roadside assistants and was towed to Conway, AS to the dealership there. The have ordered my 2nd transmission but its on back order and they don't know when they will get one right now.
I am in a loner car right now. I was told the transmission has been on back order for the past 2 months. I think I have a "LEMON". I am just waiting to see if I am going to get screwed over. I feel like I am a small person up against a big company and I feel like I am going to get screwed somehow.
