I have full wrap around coverage, but they said it wouldn't cover this. And I have a cover that is to protect the engine and it got chewed up because it touched the tire after the clips fell out. I was told its not covered. this was not in any accident or anything. Called Kia on 2/04/2019 David said I'll call you back in two days, no call. Then I called back on 2/19/2019 the lady answered and said David would get back to me in two days, no calls. And this liner is not just on my Kia Soul, there is a lady out where I live that both sides of her Kia Soul are ate up from rubbing on the tires. I paid too much money to have things fall off under the car. Very unhappy Kia owner.
