I bought my Kia Soul new in Feb of 2017 and in November I noticed that the suspension has been making a lot of noise. Whenever I hit bumps or going up or down a steep incline (my mom's driveway is steep) I hear from the front and back of the car sounds like struts or bushings? I told the dealer about this they said it needs to be checked out but if it comes back no warranty related I will be charged for the time they spent looking at it. So that’s why I haven’t made the appointment. Has anyone else had this issue? I drive my car like a grandma. I avoid bumpy roads and even when I go over RailRoad tracks I go very slow. Thank you
