I have never gotten close to the gas mileage as my 2016 KIA Soul 2.0 as was listed on the window sticker. I bought the car brand new. I reported this to KIA and have the claim number. was at the dealership that it needed 500 miles to break in. When I went back, I was told in needed 800 miles to break in. The third time I went to the dealer I was told It needed 1000 miles to break in. I then called KIA complaint and got a number. The wanted me to take it to another dealership. Both dealerships are owned by the same people.
My dealership has checked it on their computer several times and said they adjusted my cars computer. I check my gas mileage at fill up and have never gotten above a 21mpg or 22mpg: (on rare times), at fill up. The gas light comes on when I have about 4 gallons in the tank.
How can I remedy this problem. Has there been any settlement offered or more importantly, can this issue be fixed. I love the car.
