The contact owns a 2014 Kia Soul. The contact stated that after closing the driver door, the rear hatchback window shattered. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown. The VIN was unavailable.
The rear windshield did not seem properly secured or glued. There is no secured corners. October 5, 2014 I unloaded my groceries when I shut the hatch back the rear glass shattered. I have spoken to others with the same car and a few have experienced the same issue. The dealer states that they do not cover the replacement.
