The manufacturer was made aware of the failure however, no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 36,000.

The contact took the vehicle to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the wiring harness area overheated and melted the plastic cover for the wires, which caused the wires to flicker.
