2014 Kia Soul. The dashboard lights started to flicker. On off/then some on some off. This lights show went on for a probably 60-90 seconds. Very randomly. Passenger in the car said she thought the headlights blinked on and off as well. This happened before but when I mentioned it to the dealer where I purchased the car they found nothing. Lighting issues of any kind are a major problem. I was out in the middle of the country where there are no street lights. Not a good experience when your dashboard looks more like a blinking Christmas tree.
I feel lucky we did not run off the road and thankful there was no other cars around that could have hit us at the time. This is a rather serious situation. I checked on line to see if this has happened and was amazed at how many complaints I've seen posted about this issue and no recall. I've been driving Kia brand for years but think it's time to reconsider.
