As a result of the airbags not deploying the windshield came into the car causing lacerations to the face of the passenger and as the car was rolling his right arm was out of the window causing him to have to have staples put in his arm and the skin on his hand was gone both driver and passenger had concussions and I feel that these injuries could have been avoided if the airbags (front and side ) were to deploy !

I yelled, "what is going on". I then noticed the airbag had deployed and exploded causing multiple burns and bruises to my arms, chest, clavicle and stomach areas. I was a little disoriented after this but managed to get out of the car. Once out of the car, I noticed I had rear-ended the vehicle in front of me and the driver was telling me to get away from the car since my car was smoking. It was 95 degrees that day and I did not have the air conditioning on. This was a defective airbag.
