The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated while driving approximately 35 MPH, she detected a burning plastic odor. The contact pulled over and had the vehicle towed to a dealer. The dealer did not diagnose the vehicle and advised the contact that she could not leave the vehicle at the dealer.
