CarComplaints.com Notes: Look past the horrible hamster advertising campaign and you'll find a vehicle that is comfortable to drive, roomy and reliable. Just don't expect to set any MPG records on the highway (a side effect of driving a car shaped like a lunchbox).

The 18 inch low profile tires, especially the Hankooks that come with the Soul Exclaim ! are a death trap in Ohio winters. If you like going down an off ramp a couple times a winter sideways then you will love this problem. I am going to try to find the best studless winter tires I can find, probably Michelin X Ice 3's but because they are out of stock I may end up with Dunlops. Another solution is to buy the narrow tires and probably at least have the X Ice tires on the back 2 tires. This is probably the better solution, but I can't afford it and want to try to low profile snow and ice tires. Maybe it doesn't snow and there is no ice in South Korea, but I think there is, because the Hankooks that come with the vehicle are an absolute deathtrap in winter. The rest of the year they are amazing, even in rain. I love how the low profile tires perform, except when I am flying down the road uncontrollably sideways in winter. Heed this warning.
