It's unconscionable that my four year old car had to be towed to the garage due to a defective part. It's ridiculous that they (Kia) won't pick up all or any of the cost to repair. I have never had a clutch let go with so few miles on it. The reason that I purchase new vehicles is so that I won't find myself in this difficult and stressful situation. They want $1,200 to fix the problem! I repeatedly had to 'track down' the service person when they did not return calls to me in the time that they said they would. My mechanic had me have the vehicle towed from his garage to the dealer because he felt that they would pay for all or at least some of the repair. Now I am having it towed from the dealer back to my mechanic-how ridiculous is that! I have already registered complaints with Kia on-line and via the phone, but I don't feel a whole lot better. Overall, this experience 'suckoth' and I would strongly discourage anyone from buying a Kia product. No wonder they use rodents in their advertisements...
