This was the third time our brand new Kia shut down and left us stranded. We waited 3 hours for a tow truck. (They don't provide 24/7 service as promised). Towed to dealership where they worked on it for about 5 hours before resetting the Service engine light and sending us on our way.

It's mostly frustrating that they can't isolate the error and expect us to get back on the highway with a known safety problem.
