I purchased a 2020 Kia Sorento LX with convenience package in November 2020, and since that time I have had the knock sensor replaced four times. The last incident occurred in October 2021 in which my vehicle went from 70 mph to 40 mph in a matter of seconds due to the knock sensor malfunctioning.
