If the lights go on when the car is in the garage or on a parking lot and you are not aware of this the next day you will need to have a jump start. Several times I was advised by my neighbors that my car had the lights on.
Update from Aug 22, 2020: If the lights (could be the headlights and/or the rear lights) go on when the car is in the parking lot of my Condominium, some neighbor usually warning me about the lights on and I can move the switch position from auto to off and shut off the lights. But sometimes when even in the parking lot or in the garage of other person and the lights go on unnoticed (except that someone warning me about the lights too late on the following morning) the car's battery is dried out and the car requires a jump start.
I brought the car to the dealer and after two days in the service they told me that they couldn't replicate the problem and then couldn't resolve it. How can an aleatory problem be replicated?
