The paint has started to fail on the hood of my 2018 Snow White Pearl Kia Sorento. While it is not terrible at this point, I have seen enough other same color Kia's, and Hyundais for that matter, and read enough complaints to know that this is going to get much worse. It is inconvenient and extremely embarrassing to have this happen to a comparatively expensive vehicle that is only 5 years old. I contacted Kia approximately two weeks ago, but so far, have been completely ignored which adds insult to my injury! I have an appointment on December 19, 2022 to get an estimate then I will have to wait about one month for an appointment to have the repair done. Plus the inconvenience of not having my vehicle for the time the body has to have it for the repaint! Very disgusted with Kia at this point!
