It doesn't make any sense my headlights just kept flashing I didn't know what to do so I pulled over and turned the truck off and back on for it to stop.
My lights will go off randomly when driving down the road. It has really been going on for about a year, but in the last few months it is annoyingly aggravating. The other thing is I have an electrical code P0010 found in the car with check engine light on, which states Camshaft position Actuator A control circuit open/ Bank 1.
My head light turn off for no reason, turn the light switch from auto to manual and they come back on. So after looking on the internet, this seems to be a common problem for the Sorento. But no recall as of yet, Why? This may not seem to be an issue to Kia driving in the city with street lights, but in the country without head lights it gets extremely dark really quick. Although Kia has not issued a recall they have issued a technical service bulletin, but they only share this info with the dealerships. So I called 2 different dealer ships and both acted as they never heard of the issue. They would not give and estimate of repair or share any info. Last Kia I Buy.
While driving into work - in the dark - my lights just went off for a few seconds then came back on. That could have been dangerous if I had not been in a well lit area.
